Consulted on the development of a site-specific temporary exhibition, Art on the Outside, for the Santa Monica Boulevard median strip. Empyrean Passage was the first site-specific light-based commission by the City of West Hollywood. Using art and design, the dramatic installation by the Seattle-based artist known for his innovative, high tech artwork created an landmark entry into the city.
