Essex Monarch Development’s two 180+ unit, mixed-use commercial and residential developments provide the backdrop for major permanent public commissions by the innovative contemporary art studio—Ball Nogues. Working with a private development company to create gateway projects for the City of West Hollywood, de Herrera Associates is directing the creation of landmark site-specific public sculptures to enhance the urban environment in startling new ways.
